The well-being and safety of our passengers and employees are our priority. Practicing customized mobility, it is our duty to take all the necessary precautions to protect our passengers and teams. Thus, since the outbreak of the virus, we have put in place a number of sanitary measures to limit the risks of contamination in our vehicles, and in particular:

  • Adjusting the capacity of vehicles in accordance with health recommendations
  • Cleaning the seats, armrests and handles with a single-use antibacterial wipe between each trip
Ventilation of the passenger compartment and disinfection with an air purifier
  • Disinfection of surfaces and materials use for professional use
  • A pouch with single-dose hydroalcoholic gel and surgical mask for each passenger

As the ban on travelling next to the driver was lifted in July, we are progressively removing the Plexiglass partitions to facilitate communication between the front and rear compartments of the vehicle without compromising safety on board. All the cleaning protocol remains unchanged; our drivers are required to have a valid health pass and wear a surgical mask throughout the whole trip. All passengers are also asked to wear a surgical mask on board the vehicle.

During the particularly difficult context, we are at your disposal for your important journeys. Please be assured that we are doing our utmost to guarantee our passengers the highest level of safety on board our vehicles.
Moreover, in accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities and the government, Ak Driving Paris invites its customers and collaborators to respect the sanitary instructions, and to practice them at the workplace(s) and at home. They are simple recommendations to preserve your health and that of the people around you:

  • Wash your hands very regularly
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow or into a handkerchief
  • Use single-use tissues and throw them away
  • Greetings without shaking hands, avoid hugs
  • Avoid gatherings, limit movement and contact
